Is this insurance?
Health•e•pet is not insurance; it is a pre-paid medical plan for your pet. Health•e•pet allows a client to pay for basic medical service and vaccinations throughout the year with a small monthly payment.

How do the monthly payments work?
Monthly payments may be made a few different ways. The choices of payment include automatic withdrawal from a checking account, automatic withdrawal from a credit card, or the client can pay for the year in full at the time of sign-up.

How long a period of time does this plan last?
The Health•e•pet pre-paid medical plan is encouraged to be a year-to-year plan.

Is the membership fee paid each year?
The membership fee is a one-time fee. If a client upgrades to a different plan and there is a difference in the membership fees, the difference is paid at that time.

Does each pet have their own plan?
Each pet will have their own specific Health•e•pet plan. Animals each have individual needs that will determine the plan they need to be on.

Do I join before I bring my pet in?
You do not have to join Health•e•pet before you bring the pet in. Joining Health•e•pet is as easy as 1-2-3. When the pet is brought in for services, medicine, or vaccinations, the client can join Health•e•pet at that time.

Does my pet have to be a certain age to join the plan?
Health•e•pet offers plans for pets of every age. As your pet gets older, Health•e•pet offers upgrades to accommodate your pet's changing needs.
